I had an abundance of cucumbers this summer. My wife started cooking them like fried squash. Quite tasty.

My shop had a pet cat that loved cucumber peels. Claw Mark would climb right up my jeans & yowl. She was a sweet cat except for those claws!

And on that note, I bid a fond farewell (for ‘today’ — and a long day it was). I hope to be called upon to substitute teach again………….it’s always a blast! Keeping one step ahead of Caulfield does a lot to keep me sharp. I’ve been holding that pointer up for so long that my arm needs a rest. Be Well. The Uhrmanator
