REX MORGAN: I don’t like the way Rex is drawn by the new artist – he looks more like a block-headed suoernan.—APT3G: Other than the fact that we;ve seen Lily again, there’s no realplot advancement.’’
MARY WORTH: Olive looks horribly frightened; I expect her to make a scene.
ALLEY OOP IN HOLLYWOOD: For some crazy reason, this story arc has put me in mind of the 2007 sci-fi movie, “Jerome Bixby’s The Man from Earth.” CRANKSHAFT: Oh…so that’s the deal…the repairs to Lillian’s house will be on a reality tv show!REX MORGAN: @ Arye – I agree, and I feel the same way about all three of the main characters (Rex, June & Sarah). The former artist had a lighter, more delicate touch (that’s the best way I can put it, not knowing a lot of art terminology). But I’m glad the strip is continuing, so I’ll just be accepting of the artistic change. :-)
@ JanCinLVCRANKSHAFT: Thanks for your comment re the Housecrashers (late yesterday).MARK TRAIL: I thought something was a little “off,” so appreciated your comment.
A3G – Tommie and Carol are sharing a moment and have gotten rid of Tina. Somehow, this bonding will work toward a happy ending for Carol and Jack, and Tommie will go back to NY. Wonder what kind of trouble Lu Ann and Margo are getting into.MARY WORTH – Is that Mary in the green scrubs? I have a bad feeling about Dr. Kaput, I mean Kapuht. Mary will try to tell them to listen to Olive’s 6th sense but they won’t.JUDGE PARKER – Apparently, Sam knew that Abbott is an arms dealer. I didn’t know what Claymore mines were but was enlightened by comments at CK. Many think it a very insensitive remark, considering that Sam has an associate who lost his legs in Afghanistan.
