Yet Emily manages to talk just fine although looking a chipmunk with acorn-stuffed, sunburnt cheeks

If unwanted guests make it past the locked gates at the end of the lane then I have combat cats who’ll take over defense!

Why do they always blame the cat??? Maybe it’s a dog allergy.

If one has an allergy to a cat or dog, then one should not visit athomes where said critters live!

Allergies can develop without warning. I am allergic to cats and I take an antihistamine when visiting people who have cats. Generally, they’re kind enough to put the cat in another room while I am there. That usually works.

I’m fine, really, except for difficulty breathing, and my sinuses closing up, and the pending heart attack. It’s Ok, I don’t want to be a bother.

My daughter in law is allergic to cats, but she got a bengal cat and has had no problems allergy wise. It is a hybrid between a domestic cat and an Asian leopard cat.

Yeah, this is from 2007. It is not unusual for comic strip artists to take a vacation this time of year.

I apparently have an allergy to money, but it’s no real problem since I never have any.

Or you could give the cat 2 drops of Acepromazine in the food every day — works for me and I live quite nicely with 4 cats and an allergy.
