    Of course, right off the top, the DA has a point … you’ll see that he has another when he gets to the bottom of things. But the apple’s young lawyer could have coached him better… that’s what he gets for by picking one so green.(Is there any more low-hanging fruit here?)

    Most likely it was a fig. The mention of using fig leaves as clothing is a pretty big clue.
