    Golf courses are mostly monocultures with lots of chemicals thrown in. They are pretty, but they are not nature.

    Sure she does.It’s called the water cycle..Definitely not a monoculture, though.At least two types of grass and assorted trees.I worked on a golf course one summer, had a really nice sycamore in one corner..I liked to rake the sand traps up nice and fluffy.

    I know a bunch of people who had to avoid the local moving hazard on their course in Phalaborwa South Africa. A pride of lions liked to sleep on the greens.
