The statue is a Kangaroo!!!
The law is hard, but it’s the law.
It could have been worse. They could have made him wear a muzzle. Most dragon have sharp pointy teeth as well as a breath weapon.
Remember when he had taken his horns off for his son to borrow? This is a far safer procedure.
I was thinking the head to the judges mallet / gavel [sp?]
