The police operation to arrest ONE drug criminal (mr. Noriega former best friend of the US and owner of tortur facilities for all dictatorships of the Latin American continent) costs the life of over 500 Panamian civilians. If every police operation to arrest a single man would cause the same number of victims police operation would lost popularity, I guess.

Seeing as how the Reagan Administration normalized diplimatic relations with Sadam and sold him weapons, you’re pretty much full of s**t on that one. Rumsfeld should have known what kind of weapons Saddam had. He’s the one who personally met with Saddam back in the early 80s to sell them to him.

If Iraq, Iran, North Korea, or maybe another Grenada can’t keep the bucks rolling into their campaigns, a Russian fallback position is always good. They’re making too much money off their plants and production in China and Viet Nam to get too carried away with that “menace”…
