What I see is a big-screen TV calling attention to itself, while the person is busy peering at a tiny screen instead. Sort of along the lines of a person turning on a portable radio in a room full of fine audio equipment.
WHY is the federal government spending money and time to watch and record ordinary law-abiding citizens?-WHY has the federal government spent money building incredibly large and protected storage for the results of spying on American citizens?-I read “1984” and know that in the hearts of people given authority and power there is the urge to Control…but what do they plan to do with all that information???

I think it is reflection of a light and there seem to be two reflections of light, one in the pupil and one in the white.
