There’s something strange going on here. My guess a few days ago was an ulcer. A second guess is some alternative medicine which is actually dangerous.

David, the trouble with Sally Forth is that you really have to know the cast of characters. For instance, the man that Ted is talking to is Ralph. He used to be Sally’s boss, got fired for misconduct, was rehired because they handled the firing incorrectly as her co-manager. He was manipulative, dismissive and condescending. While they were co-managers, Sally’s sister Jackie came into the office and met Ralph. They started dating and eventually married last year. He quit his job as Sally’s co-manager and now works as a teacher. Phew! And that only scratches the surface. If you didn’t know most of the above about him, then the current story line and Sally’s animosity toward him wouldn’t make any sense.
