Instead of trading Stock, the better move would have been to invest the $Trillions into new businesses in USA. Companies also sat on $5 Trillion all last year waiting for Romney to win. Now that the election is over with, lots of $money was distributed to stock holders in the 4th Quarter, 2012 as Special Dividends. The rest of the money will be used to expand business and hire employees in other countries during 2013. This is the price the US Economy paid for Obama-2.
On NPR’s Diane Rehm Show, there was a discussion about the status of the Economy. I was surprised at how many of the conclusions stated by the group agreed with my view. They said some Politically UnCorrect things. .And they all agreed that no one has any idea on how to get over 10 million people into good jobs..I have a fuzzy idea. If you have a better idea, please share it.Govt take possession of all empty business buildings.Govt make available all the empty govt-owned buildings (VA).Organize 10 million people on public assistance into factory groups.Run the factories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.The people are at the factories 20 hours per week.Some of them spend their time providing child care for the rest. Train them to administer, manage and build products for export.Make all Patents legally available for manufacture by them.It will not be efficient- that does not matter.It will give people on public assistance their dignity.
I have a few friends that lost all their retirement in 2008. They don’t feel like this millionaire.And there are still lot more people looking for work than finding it.
