I know it is a comic but I gotta ask, why would there be any Congress in a despotic kingdom run by the Fink? He does not strike me as the type to go for a democratic monarchy.

irony is that though most of us relate to the BS referred here, when we call them honorable and if we meet them we get so humbled, we all have to have two faces, thats how the world is, they have power we gave them.
