The one’s that zip past me are running interference. I just go slightly slower than them and let them weed out the speed trap.

Yep, just like those earlier posts – this was right out of the late, great George Carlin’s routine.

I’m pretty sure the idiots are going too fast and the morons are going too slow. At least, that’s how it goes when I’m driving. And the worst drivers: morons on cellphones leaned over the center console and weaving side-to-side.

Treesareus: In the city, tailgating is self-defense. If you leave the least little distance, the moron/idiot behind and to the left will slam in at the last minute to get to his exit. You brake, get rear-ended, he gets to keep going!

The official George Carlin terminology was Faster = Maniacs, Slower = Idiots. Take this to the bank.

Have you noticed that the more expensive, more powerful, larger the car/SUV is, the worse the driving is?

Its those who brag about experience and how well they can drive that are the danger, to themselves as well as everyone else.

Personally, I thot he had some great advice about getting on the plane. Plus the terminology used about an aircraft near miss (Its a near hit)Carlin was still funny when the language was cleaned up, well with the exception of one routine but I still like the truth about the seven words you cant say on TV. And for the record. I am far from being a liberal.

Carlin was to city folk what Larry the Cable Guy is to country folk. That’s funny, I don’t care who you are.

Loved Carlin! All the way back to his first TV, on the John Davidson summer replacement show. Before he got “filthy” and even funnier. Al Sleet, the Hippy Dippy Weather Man! And the sports! Now the scores- 5-2, 6-1, 4-3, and a partial score- 7!
