    Could have used real Korean instead of Chinese, similar but entirely different as Korean is phonetic and Chinese is ideographic.

    Those are Korean letters. And Korean words. The word-for-word translation is “You Red Baron Curse" but ‘curse’ is not a verb in this usage, but a noun. Snoopy always used the verb form of ‘curse’.
