REX MORGAN: The characters’ comments are not advancing the plot because the readers already know thiese things.
APT3G: The rapport at 3G is nice for a change and Margo seems to be a different person.
MARY WORTH: The mother looks as severe as she acts. I wonder why the artist can’t draw women with curly or frizzy hair like cartoonists in other comics. (I know: I’m always commenting on this in MW, but why aren’t there any minority characters in MW, anyway? Does the complex where she lives discriminate?)
PHANTOM: Shortly after P. was placed in the cage, I commented that perhaps an animal – e.g. his horse, – would assist in rescuing him. Hero to the rescue?MARK TRAIL: Mark sees Rusty’s photo of the Bassy van’s interior and is putting 2 & 2 together. CRANKSHAFT TREE STORY: More sepia-tone flashback panels.JUDGE PARKER: I gather that Mark is a former beau of Neddy. We have learned he’s in Seattle negotiating salary for a position in a maritime law firm (sound like a lucrative area of law, to me). I was quite fascinated by the recent maritime U.S. Supreme Court case – the judges comments when the case was being heard were as amusing as the comics. SUPREME COURT
Phantom – What’s Kit got in mind?Mark Trail – Finally, Mark finds it.Mandrake – Okay, now we know what floor they’re on.Rex Morgan – @Arye, agree.Crankshaft – How is he going to right that tree with just a chain?Judge Parker – Booooooring!Sally Forth – I’m going to quit reading this one. I tried it once before and quit it. Now I’ve given it a second try and it just doesn’t do anything for me.
B y E POST: davidf42 posted a good how-to yesterday “Here’s how I post a link.” There’s a description of the coding needed to convert a URL to a word or two (like my “Supreme Court” link above). See david’s post at Mutt and Jeff Espanol – 3/12/13.
A3G – I always accept when people offer to clean up. Luann was at one time showing Greg around the city and commented that she was in love. But I guess her Christmas trip made her forget all that.Rex – They’re setting the stage for some major sibling jealousy.Judge Parker – Mark also has an ex-wife. He’s either quite a bit older or married very young. Where is this story going to focus?Mary – “We never really know…” but Mary will sure try to find out.Edge City – is dealing with the changes in libraries.
Rex Morgan: There you have the answer to Sara’s attitude, she thinks she is a princess.Mark Trail: Mark finally gets it.Mary Worth: Mary will straighten the mother out after a long time.

Somehow the above joke just doesn’t work as well in Spanish as it does in English.
