Sorry ziphobia, but tanning was very big back then. Girls, and some guys, used to mix iodine with baby oil to tan better and faster.

59°F in northern Iowa this morning. It stayed around 60° all day yesterday. I actually saw people wearing sweaters, and wished for one myself.

Hard to believe we haven’t had a Spaceman Spiff movie.

Moms know it all… it just takes a few years to realize…and here in the sunny gulf of mexico we are at a warm and humid 32° C. Almost 90°F at 10 am. Sweat,sweat, sweat.

The artwork is amazing. It didn’t take a genius to guess who the ‘nagger’ was in reality.

Here in central KS from NE to OK, we are receiving cool weather with rain, unbelievable, usually end of July 100° temps. We have 64° also unbelievable. And nice easy rain. Windows open. We have bi-level house and finally after 5 years have storm window with screen on top. Never understood storm screen on bottom. Letting in nice cool air. Then in few days back to reality.

I just flew back from Texas (to a cold 49F Canada lol)….was there for that 110 weather…Loved it!
