The House should abolish gun free zones, starting with the halls of Congress. Just issue every legislator the weapon(s) of his or her choice. The NRA would undoubtedly enthusiastically support such legislation.-The cost of health care for Congress would probably increase, but there would be no need for security, since each legislator could now defend themselves.-It would also presumably save money on pensions. -And, it would allow an effective means of killing a filibuster.-I would assume the Texas legislature would immediately follow suit.
Just wondering: if Jupiter blew up tomorrow, how soon would it be Obama’s fault?
It is astounding that there are so many issues where Mr. Obama and his policies have failed us, but evidently that’s not enough; we have to blame him for anything that happens.
Algeria is full of assault weapons, it ought to be a right-wing paradise. The cartoon is stupid — if assault weapons are illegal, there will be fewer of them, and fewer deaths. It’s not rocket science.

What they were mainly concerned about was: 1. he didn’t have the action open and visible, 2 . he had a magazine inserted and 3. he was holding the gun with his thumb inside the trigger guard. 4. he was waving the gun around while he was talking.*He expected everyone to accept his word that it was safe and unloaded. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Yes it is Obama’s fault that Al Qaeda in Maggreb attacked an ALGERIAN gas plant. The assailants also seized firearms and three vehicles.437 April 2005: in Tablat, Blida Province, armed assailants fire on five vehicles at a fake road block, killing 13 civilians, wounding one other and burning five vehicles.4415 October 2006: in Sidi Medjahed, Ain Defla, assailants attack and kill eight private security guards by unknown means.4511 April 2007, two car bombs were detonated by the group. One was close to the Prime Minister’s office in Algiers and the blast killed more than 30 people and wounded more than 150.930 July 2009: at least 11 Algerian soldiers are killed in an ambush while escorting a military convoy outside the coastal town of Damous, near Tipaza.46March 2010: an Italian national, Sergio Cicala, and his wife are held hostage.4721 March 2010: three militants are killed by security forces near El Ma Labiod, 35 km from Tebessa.26 March 2010: three militants are killed and another captured by security forces in Ait Yahia Moussa, 30 km from Tizi Ouzou.[citation needed]14 April 2010: according to Algerian officials, at least ten militants are killed during a counter-terrorist operation in Bordj Bou Arreridj wilaya.[citation needed]16 September 2010: seven employees from Areva and Vinci are kidnapped in Arlit, Niger (five French, one Togolan and one Malagasy).
