No longer right, just a scumbag. Over 900 people murdred since the school shooting, and the “right” doesn’t see anything, anything at all wrong with seeking some solutions? Oh right the NO Rational Alternative folks have the only answer, more military weapons in the hands of civilian.

Chicago has tough gun laws and more murder than you would want in your town…so gun laws don’t solve crime!!!

Low blow Lester, you have it backwards.

Is Lester get his checks direct from the NRA? Or does the news syndicate whitewash ’em first?

If surrendering our rights to the government saves just one life, it’s worth it. See how well it worked when they created the TSA.

If speech were more restricted and controlled, one life may be saved because people couldn’t lead others astray.
If searches and seizures didn’t need warrants, we would be safer.
If we could force people to confess, we could get more criminals off the street.
If we controlled access to guns generally, fewer people would be hurt by guns.
We willingly trade Safety for more Freedom with the other enumerated rights, but the 2nd amendment?: remove all rationality.

Where in the constitution does it guarantee a right to thirty rounds in your magazine?
All the talk about background checks is a feel good waste of money. I don’t care what a gunman did years ago. I care what he is doing right now, and what he might do in the future.

Because the guns keep coming in from outside Chicago! Besides, think of it this way; if Chicago didn’t have those tough gun laws, the murder rate would be higher!

Free speech for me and none for thee.

Let’s just appease the right and remove all restrictions to arms. What would they want then? Remember it must be strictly within the Constitution.

Saw a great video last night where people pretending to be anti-gun were going up to the houses of reporters in New York and asking them if they would put a sign in their yard that said “I proudly support gun control. This house is GUN FREE”. It was hilarious to listen to all the excuses as to why they “couldn’t” have a sign in their yard. EVERY ONE of these so-called gun control advocates refused to tell the world that they weren’t armed.

where in deed? seems to me the constitution is an inclusive document not an exclusive one.

trying to ‘ban’ military weapons out of the hands of our ‘militla’ only increases their sales and armed guards at schools is just more weapons & potential gunfights….. I say, tax the crap out of guns, ammo and the magazines, require background checks at gun shows (currently not happening), restore funding to compassionate mental health treatment and increase the number of school nurses -especially those w/psychiatric education

I abhor individuals or groups using children as props to prop up their arguments (as O did yesterday), but this ’toon is a bit over the top.
