s usual you comment are superfluous and unnecessary. Secretary of State Hillery Clinton is one of the best we have ever had. She managed to get the fools on both sides to cease fire (at least for awhile, which about all anyone has ever been able to do). I can well imagine that it might at least be appreciated by those that would otherwise be killed, wounded, or otherwise maimed in these useless conflicts!!
