Tony Cochran’s Agnes is a whimsical look at childhood through the eyes of the title character and her best friend, Trout. What sets this strip apart is the focus on that limbo just before little girls discover boys and appropriate social skills.

A couple of notes to people in answer to yesterday….
sorry I couldn’t get back….
Arianne…. Thank you so much.
And don’t worry…. there are lots of people here who will try to help with computer stuff…
though it’s true we can’t come over and look at it… unless you live a lot closer than I think.
But really…. you’re not a Luddite any more!
If you ever need to ask me something…
I read a lot of comics, but I don’t get to all their forums every day….
If you see that I posted on a particular strip, I always come back and read the rest of that day’s comments.

Susan, that’s very generous and kind, and comforting. Thank you. •◡•

A decent quality lavender candle is out of the question, no doubt. Well, at least that liquid will keep her hydrogenated.

When I was a summer intern long years ago, I acquired a taste for powdered milk. It mostly doesn’t spoil; and you can make as much or a little as you want. Even today, it’s the only milk I buy.

Our middle daughter is allergic to cows milk, and for several yeas I used “Dairy Rich” on her cereal.
