Go on and rip that sign off you put on the refrigerator Ziggy. We all know you want that piece of cake.
In my twenties I was quite a bit overweight. I stuck a copy of a photo, of me, from my brothers wedding on the Fridge, TV and food cupboards to remind me to go exercise. I worked a treat.
Eat the cake now, that way you can’t be tempted to eat it later.
Know thy cake…and eat it, too!
He lives alone. If he’s dieting, why does he have that stuff in the first place?

It is much easier to not have cake in the house.
Ziggy needs to lose weight bald and fat.
This actually can be a good way to do this — not by itself, of course, but as a help.
