    Interestinly, before the civil rights movement, the Confederate battle flag was rarely seen in public. Once the fight for civil rights became a reality, the flag came into frequent usage to protest equal rights.

    If they want to continue their “Heritage” they could fly the Confederate Flag NOT the Confederate BATTLE Flag; there’s a difference. And the backlash is stupid…they announced they were no longer making the General Lee model kits because of it.

    Slightly Inaccurate.There is no Rope to raise & Lower that flag.It is fastened in such a way that you need a very Tall Ladder or a Cherry Picker to get to the Padlocked Chain fastening it to the Top of the flagpole..
