Something about this painting looked familiar. Didn’t PBS recently show a Sister Wendy episode featuring a Ribera? Possibly using the same model? I can’t remember the name of the painting, but I remember her saying “Mea Culpa” because she didn’t initially appreciate it enough. Just wondering if anyone else saw that episode?
