I’m self employed, and my clients control my destiny. I love it when people say “it must be nice to be your own boss.” They’ve never gotten a phone call at 7:00 on Saturday night asking if you can do something. And you always try to say yes, because if you don’t they will find someone else—and they won’t come back.
