I’ve made up my mind to NOT do any foreign traveling. Too many horror stories.

Since I live in Japan and have been around the world, I say go for it!

I always told my parents: “Travel while you can. Some day you may not be able to.”

Got all of that out of my system before I was 25. Nothing’s more exciting than people shooting at you.

I just wait till everyone else gets off. Adds a whole 10 minutes or so to the trip.

Oh yeah, the last 2 are really familiar – been there, done that

I got most of that out of my system in business travel back when people still “dressed up” to fly and were treated courteously.

I still travel when necessary and LOVE to gather all my children and theirs every few years for a week, but we all have lives (and Skype as well as other internet make it easy to stay in touch). I expect to see a bootleg cut of my granddaughter as Rosa in Bye Bye Birdie (on my son’s Ipod).

Sounds as though you got all that about right, Dazz!

I do try to “rush the door” when I have to make a connection but i do sit and wait when I get to my end destination.

I’m flying from San Francisco to Melbourne in two weeks. I can hardly wait. went two years ago and it was a wonderful trip.

But you still drive a car, I’m guessing. Far more dangerous activity, as far as the stats go.

Nice to continue to see Evie’s trip… ;)

People often complain about the lines to get ON the plane, but getting OFF is worse in my opinion.
