Val: Please tell me that's not a karaoke machine.
Rena: WOOO HOOO
Val: NO NO NO. Pretty soon every depressed wallflower will be up there belting out their inebriated version of "Memories"...
Rena: I'm singing you UP!!
Woman: VAL! VAL! VAL! VAL!

I can only imagine plenty of people butchering Queen songs after a few shots of Jim Beam.

Ewww, a karaoke machine: I knew this would end badly! :) Stan Rogers once sang an operatic aria in a karaoke bar, just for the fun of seeing people’s reactions.

@ saskfan: While in an Italian restaurant, I once saw a guy break into an operatic serenade that I will never forget. Even to someone like me who knows nothing about the music, a skilled opera singer’s voice is undeniably impressive.

One reason why I avoid alcohol, marijuana and Karaoke machines is that no one needs to hear my William Shatner talk-singing rendition of “Miss Susie had a Steamboat”.
