Holly: Can it be just us this Thanksgiving? Please? Val: What do you mean? It's always "us." Holly: Last year we had 15 people here! Aunt Joan brought home two strangers from the laundromat!! And I don't think those kids with the weird eyes are really our cousins. Val: Thanksgiving is about sharing, Holly... Holly: Aunt Mae thinks it's about sherry. Haven't you ever noticed how she loses hand-eye coordination as the day goes on? Val: Speaking of self-basting, how big of a turkey should I buy? Gramma: That whole side of the family is self-basting. Alix: Are Aunt Joan's friends bringing "tofurky" again? Val: It doesn't matter. It's about family. Gramma: If the dog licks the pie again this year, I'm not eating it.
