! We’re having a Chicago Tribute Band play at our T̶e̶m̶p̶l̶e̶ House of Assembly in October, and We’re wondering if anyone under 50 will show up. BTW They’re now in the R&R Hall of Fame, and for 3 consecutive Years had an album reach Billboard #1.
Not that long ago, the average cultural reference was remembered for ten years. I’m sure it’s much shorter now.
The younger generations believe they can run the government without learning about history.
They are bound to make a repeat the same mistake, and perhaps worse.
Is Mr. Lemon going through a midlife crisis? Need we check on his welfare?
Or is he playing to the curmudgeonly audience for newspaper comics?
I’m coming up on the age where I may not remember classical reference points
Or what I had for breakfast
Never fear, explaining obscure references is why God gave us Google.
I’m a Millennial and I watch old TV shows and movies all the time. Most classic references I get, but sometimes one or two slip by me.
