There are ups and downs to edible clothing Pheebs But all the better for our amusement. As of right now my fav Phoebe costume was her jazz musician look. but I can see a lot of ideas beating it. A spandex jump suit (no capes) , a fluffy fox fur shaved in to a puddle cut, a green tunic, high boots and floppy hat, a cat eared hood, tail and a bell, sailor fuku , a trench coat and fedora, maybe a pin striped vest, pocket watch and top hat with monocle?

Reminds me of Filbert from “Rocco’s Modern Life”, who, when upset, often said, “Oh, fish sticks.”
