My niece’s kid actually made 13 dollars shoveling snow. He does lawns too. Enterprising lad. Oh, he’s autistic too. It is not a tragedy people, just a condition.
When I was a kid, the minute they announced our school as being closed, we were outside digging out cars and sidewalks. we’d work all morning and come home with 10 or 15 bucks each. And, that was in the 50’s when 10 or 15 bucks was a hell of a lot of moolah to an 11 or 12 year old.
