In the many years I lived in MN I would plead with the geese to not go since it was a sign that cold weather was just around the corner. Now that I’m in FL, when I see and hear the geese queuing (or would that be v-ing?) up to head north, I plead with them to stay since it’s a sign that extremely hot and humid weather is on its way.
