Bedroom eyes are not what they think they are.

The phrase “bedroom eyes” refers to a glance or look given by one person to another to suggest a romantic or sexual desire.

And licked them clean, as he wagged his tail.

For once, Bernice was right.

Most “folks” prefer to be kissed on the lips. ;-)

It does paint a different picture of sleeping beauty being woken up after 100 years……

Puddles is all like: “OMG”

Nobody ever accused romance novelists of good writing

Pretty sure Luann does not know that bedroom eyes are “before” sleep.

What they don’t say, is that Felicia got up an hour before Alex to do her make up and brush her teeth….

Poetry: Luna cast her lambent rays through the stained-glass window making dappled patterns on Gwyndolyn’s fair breast.

Prose: The moon shone through the dirty window making spots on Jane’s pale chest.

That’s right up there with, “Her hair glistened in the rain, like nose hairs after a sneeze.”

“Bedroom eyes” are what a woman shows when she’s going TO the bedroom, not coming FROM it.
