From a purely legalistic point of view, I think I might have to agree with the idiot judge. However if he were to happen to be directly or not involved in a mass shooting incident, it would sure be appropriate karma…

Hopefully, that will be overturned on appeal at least until we can get the ban on them returned on a Federal level, AGAIN!
