Seems the laws of gravity do not apply to Payne’s ’toons.

Court mandated auto insurance. Court supported speed limits. Court mandated anti-bank robbery. Yep, so many “silly” court mandates.

Size TWO? ROFLMAOASTC!!! No way can I get into a dress size that small! I’m on the large side of average, and even at my slimmest, the smallest size I could wear was an 18!

Yep, nothing to stop the government from mandating anything anymore, thanks to Justice “It’s a tax, but not a tax” Roberts…

Those &^@# Activist judges! If only the republicans had done a better job vetting those Bush appointees this kind of thing wouldn’t have happened!

Its amazing how many people are against health care. Although I’m trying to figgure out if it really is the health care law, or the insane hatred of the President.

Anyway… these “mandates” are about whether the government has an interest. If your bad behavior is costing the rest of Americans money and effort, then the government has an interest in mediating your behavior… Drinking those massive sodas increase my personal health care costs…

1st, none of the things Payne mentions are “court approved”.

But the real thing is: “righties” ARE just like a guy I once cited, and he cussed me up one side and down the other, even after we left court, and he paid a $25 fine, instead of going to prison on the offense. He didn’t realize we “cut him a break”. Two days later, I was carrying him down off a cliff after he fell and broke his femur. (I might add he was initially terrified when he realized it would be ME rescuing him!)

Cops, rescue organizations, and “government” are always “tax burdens”, and bad to these folks, just like affordable health care, until THEY need it!!

I’m still upset about the Government mandate requiring Americans to have children, or else pay a tax penalty.Oh, SURE. You can CALL it an ‘Exemption’ for a ‘Dependent’, but the truth is that HE pays less in taxes than I do, just because he has a kid.IS THAT FAIR???

Do you want the federal government to hire 1/4 million over paid government workers to show you how to eat come in to your home and tell you the federal government’s version of what’s right and wrong. I would agree anyone on military retirement has “earned” benefits, especially if disabled, and a combat veteran, but your statements reek of a guy who spent his whole 20 years stateside, or in “tough” assignments like an Air Force base in Japan or Europe. As a disable combat veteran (and retired “fed”), with a son also a disabled-retired, combat veteran, I find your ignorance highly disturbing.
