I said earlier that he was using the junk to build a palace, all it took was enough glue. Pour it on Aaron. Yes I like him. Anyone with a face as winsome can’t be all bad… Hmmmm?Blessed BE

“Never had a need for it myself”? Clearly, this is no ordinary eccentric balloon ship flying jolly crazy person. (Admittedly, we get a lot of back-story and other information on Aaron Marx from Aaron’s other comics.)

Mnnn,…leaving Flask and the koala out there to their own devices….together….

    Not necessarily too good…

At least Petey’s still out there…

I’d sure like to hear THAT conversation!

If he’s apologizing that the bedroom is substandard, you’ve got to wonder what he normally likes to have.

This is going to be difficult, now. When we talk about Aaron, we will have to specify which Aaron we are talking about.

At last! Our aodrable heroes will get some much-deserved rest and recreation. After preparing for death, an hour or so ago, this will probably seem like heaven. This must be the Captain’s Cabin. Soon to be followed by the Captain’s Mess.

Hmm. So it’s not HIS ship. Why build a vessel with facilities you have no need for? He doesn’t strike me as the type to stick to one thing for long, so I wonder who did build it? Seems oddly low tech for something from before the war. Well, with only 8 panels left until the weekend, I expect we’ll see more questions than answers this week.

It appears that he IS the High Marx Or at least when he’s flying his ship (Or when otherwise flying — those larks When he’s standing on air: can he trip?) But the groupings of characters here Have much possible drama in store (Though for Holly, this drama’s unclear Her next action is likely a snore) But we’ve Linda and nemesis Flask Mortal enemies joined by a crisis Only hours ago, Linda’s task Had been running debraining devices And she’d been rather stoked at the notion Of debraining our tired love pair Now that hate’s edging toward a devotion But for Flask? Not a trace of it there Flask would kill her. And minutes ago She was ready to try it again Petey stopped Linda’s death by this foe But it’s hardly made Flask a new friend And in fact each pair here has a bond Strong emotions, of hatred or love But one pair’s separated, though fond: The two brains, since they’ve been brought above =|====/ Level Head Vote for Endtown 2.0 And for Doc Rat, too The Endtown Forum And don’t forget to nominate both For Ursa Major awards!

Linda’s face in Panel 2. Is she also noticing, as Jenner said, what a kind and loving gentlecat Wally is? Is she jealous, or beginning to understand?

Hapy B-day Aaron and Crookedwolf!Hmmmm, “We’ll have ample time to play later,” sounds a little ominous to me. Note he’s not said, “Glad you’re safe, where you need to go?” A slightly crazy and probably lonely guy with a captive audience. Likable, yes. Dangerous, guess we’ll wait and see.

    @ Aaron Neathery:

I was at your website yesterday and saw/read the story about this guy with your first name. I’ve overlooked the colorful dialog all the way through. Now, I’ll ask you this question: Does your stories always end with armageddon?

TSOJ, thanks for the links to Aaron’s earlier works! Looks like Aaron has always had a gift for storytelling and interesting characters. I loved how his notes kept saying he had to redo his work after a short break. Glad he got out of that habit, otherwise we may not be where we are now. I’m no great artist, but I know what I like, and Aaron’s original artwork and story were just as pleasing as the new copy. . . just a slightly different perspective. Anyway, thanks again.

You’ve never heard his plans for using Endtown users to take over the world then. Very fiendish. Involves lots of duct tape, lime jello and pop rocks.

Poor Holly,Actually I read somewhere that mice don’t do well at elevated heights such as in airplanes or hot air balloons. They tend to suffer from oxygen depravation. If so this could prove fatal.
