Does the narration in the first panel suggest that the same thing is happening with the other car heading get to court? It’s a bit odd since we’re not actually seeing that car today.

How many weeks or months have they been in the slammer and now just going to trial? Must be a large docket in Tracyville. Sprocket seems to be displaying her usual displeasure with the situation. I would, too.
The Harvey Awards were taken away from Baltimore Comic-Con last fall and haven’t been heard from since. Anyway, Baltimore has replaced then with the Ringo Awards. The final ballot is now out for voting by comics professionals and Dick Tracy is among the nominees.
