We had a butcher in the Ol’ Hood that dressed deer kills for a few cuts for his freezer. He stopped doing it 8 months prior to retiring to Fla.!
Whu’d you want him to do, Perfessor, waste it? He got a five year supply of jerky, too.
Well, if he hit a steer hard enough to kill it, it wasn’t in that Caddy…

Oddly, people are horrified by the thought of dog-fur collars and human-skin lampshades, but think nothing of wearing and decorating with the heads, bodies and skins of any other animal.
