Our HOA has a school trust fund set up to supplement the schools that our kids go to. One of the things they’ve done is buy every kid a second set of books to keep at home so they aren’t breaking thier backs.

A HOA doing something useful? Never heard of such a thing. However, unless the kids stay in the same room all day, they still need the bags to lug the library from room to room.
