That’s certainly a crazy guy smile in P3. Pat goes to pick it up and Steve goes armored cav on him.

Those greens don’t look to be in very good shape.

PLOOK? How about KER-PLOP? P3- My 3 favorite words, pick it up. Steve has found the game he can grow old with. What will he do this winter? Migrate to Bushwood in sunny Florida to work on his game under the tutelage of Ty Webb?

Thanks to Gil, a fine young man has emerged from the sullen depressed recluse he was.

The obvious question here is why both Steve and Pat are in a tournament at a country club, and NOT using a caddy service that is obviously there. Poor Molly and Steve’s brother. These guys will return to the clubhouse with Steve’s silly smile and his losing scorecard to Steve’s brother’s plea “can you spare a dime brother?”

Where’s the trash talking? Steve said he wanted to do some trash talking?

True. On those greens no shot is a “pick it up.”

I have never seen players in match play ride in the same cart. They need to hire a new superintendent at that course . . . the greens look like the second cut of the fairway at most courses . . . they must be slower than molasses.

Pick it up? Looks like he’s putting in the rough, no way is it a gimmie. That also is some of the worst trash talking I’ve ever heard.

He’s lined up to putt it 4 feet right. Must be a hell of a break.
