Mikefive: Yes, unions are incorporated. However, the Koch puppets just said that unions have to get permission from their members to bribe, while corporations do not have to get similar permission from their stockholders. Some pigs are more equal than others.

House Republican controlled committees are coming up with so many ludicrous “bills”, the courts will be packed if they pass the Senate, for decades.

Courts have long put many constraints on unions, and little, or now NONE, on corporations. This IS a result of past “Republican” actions in the Congress, and by Executive fiat. UNdoing things is a long process. The better to ask for forgiveness than permission, has long been the Republican mantra, because they KNOW how long, even decades, it can take to get condemnation, let alone “forgiveness” for their actions. Remember, while courts take decades to decide, they do as they please.

I’ve finally sussed this out. All someone has to do is say “hello” and supporters of both sides assume someone’s being critical.
