I can’t stand the flavor or smell of mustard. Why hide the flavor of a deliciously fragrant hamberger. My theory is that mustard was invented in the days before refridgeration to cover up the taste and smell of spoiled meat.

never tried mustard on fries. Interesting. Personally, I prefer vinegar. Or gravy with vinegar. .Last weekend was the start of our Jazz Festival. Enjoyed some free music and …………….. found a MUSTARD tasting booth!!!! Needless to say, I had tastefully musical afternoon.
