Huey Freeman is in the principles office. The district lawyers are trying to get the principle to stop crying. The Katzenjammer Kids are already in the other office. Calvin has put on a mask and towel for a cape an ran across the playground and left school. These may have to come back tomorrow.
How about Danae from “Non Sequitur”? Or Lio? Or Billy from “Cow and Boy”? I guess they wanted the most immediately recognizable characters possible, but Dennis hasn’t been much of a menace in decades. Also, Bart looks even dumber than Homer for a change.

Wonder if permission had to be obtained or a royalty fee for usage rights of the characters. You know how fussy companies can be.
