The CIA is seeking authority to expand its covert drone campaign in Yemen by launching strikes against terrorism suspects EVEN WHEN IT DOES NOT KNOW THE IDENTITIES OF THOSE WHO COULD BE KILLED, U.S. officials said. Man: They're human in Yemen. Two well-known traits of terrorists in the area. Drone: I'm on the lookout for bipedal movement! I mean, not to rule out infants. FWOOSH President Barack Obama: Well, it's not like they want to hire Yemen prostitutes. THAT could damage our reputation abroad.

There is/was a great plaque in downtown Austin that reads/read “On this spot in 1882 absolutely nothing happened.” Several “news spots” deserved oone of those.

For CIA’s reputiation to be ruined, they need a reputation in the first place.
