Is this site being taken over by complete idiots? I used to enjoy reading the postings — back when people like fennec and Dr. C would post — even some of the conservatives weren’t entirely mindless. There are still a few interesting posters (I don’t want to start naming people, for fear of leaving some out, but you know who you are), but it’s hard to have any kind of worthwhile conversation when you’re just responding to mindlessness. When someone says that Osama supported Obama, or implies that Obama is Muslim, you just know there’s no chance for any intelligent discussion.
