I am proud to pay my fair share. My patriotic duty. And I don’t feel like they took my leg. Things would be better if the richest of the rich would pay their fair share too.

Start paying for the true cost of government – the continuous wars, the 700 military bases around the world, the military, the unfunded programs, etc., etc., and the man would be a quad-amputee.

I suffer no guilt whatsoever because it’s just not true. You may have noticed our participation along side NATO troops – Afghanistan, Libya, etc. In fact the Libyan campaign commander was Canadian.

Several of my friends lost both legs in combat. If you don’t like paying taxes (at the lowest rates in the industrial world, especially if you’re in the 1%), join up with Cheney and W and fight their wars as a total volunteer. Save the rest of us bucks and body parts.

Paying taxes is good for other people, but not for me. Fighting wars is good for other people’s children, but not for mine. Skipping college and having a career building roads is good for other people’s children, but not mine. It’s the conservative way.
