^ Please. We’ve all seen the Republican talking heads whine about “activist judges” when they rule against you, but somehow they’re all fine and dandy when they agree with you.
“…one little case”? Have we already forgotten Freedom of speech for corporations? We haven’t seen the decision on the health care bill yet, so we don’t know how activist it will be, but there does seem to be a trend.
I just don’t see how Obama thinks this is judicial activism when everyone knows the supreme court has the right to overturn clearly unconstitutional laws.
I find it amusing that all Obama did was point out it’s the Republicans who’ve complained endlessly about “judicial activism” when they didn’t get their way, but with a court that does give them “their way”, Frank Sinatra can be heard on the sound track.
