That should be the signal for anyone with a brain to quit the gang and get away from Blackjack.

Mornin,’ Vista Bill, Buzza Wuzza, etc.!That’s quite a collection of Tracy merchandise he’s got.Makes me wonder if he became a bank robber simply to join Tracy’s rogues gallery.(BTW – was there a Sparkle Plenty Soda? I think there were dolls of her.)

Blackjack looks like he’s on drugs, really, what does he think is going to happen when he’ll meet Dick during a bank ro bbery? Also, the biggest goons here are the banks and their damned subprimes. If i were in Dick Tracy,I’ll go for the bigger fish!

Jeepers! Blackjack is a creepy collector and Tracy fanatic! This guy is really twisted (and therefore doubly dangerous)!Curiously, his “staff” seem relatively normal—Tony (Anthony) and Karen.

Cool swag, and it’s REAL! Thanks for showing those great old collectibles, Tarry Plaguer !Blackjack is delusional, of course. I’m sure he thinks that DT will give him an autograph and invite him to the house to meet Tess, have an ice cream soda and then they’ll all go on a pony ride. I agree the big banks have been pretty heartless, especially about foreclosing homes, but breaking the law makes you no friend of Dick Tracy!

What happened to Sparkle? I read all DT comics in mid 50’s early 60’s.

Blackjack is one seriously twisted dude! This case could border on the bizarre, to say the least.

I just had a nasty thought. Is Blackjack planning on putting Dick Tracy himself into his Tracy collection? Jeepers!

Good morning, VistaBill and all fellow Junior Crimestoppers! Looks like Blackjack is a trifle obsessive here. I wonder how Tracy and the team are going to trap him? Actually, I’m also wondering if Fritz Ann will keep flirting around with Sam. Either way, it’s going to be a fun arc.

Actually, one of the inspirations for BLACKJACK came from an interview Frank Gorshin did about the Riddler. Paraphrased “I decided Edward Nigma would be a genius at any field he decided to try, but he decided on crime.” BLACKJACK is technically a mad genius, as we will see.

I’m adding my thanks to the creative team; enjoyed the “product placements” in today’s installment. And a tip of my nonexistent hat to Tarry for posting pix of the DT relics.

Thanks for posting the pics of the memorabilia. I agree, that Honeymoon doll looks like it would scare children more than be fun. Kinda like something off the Twilight Zone. As for this storyline, it’s beginning to look a little like a 60’s Batman t.v. show.
