Ah, but what a way to go…
This past New Years Eve I had what may have been the best steak of my life. 16 oz ribeye, aged 28 days, on the rare side of medium rare. If I had choked to death on the last bite, my dying thought would have been “Well played, sir.”
Life without Prime Rib is no life at all…
Life is deadly. MODERATION, like all conservation, does make sense, not total sacrifice.
But PLEASE… keep the pink slime out of our schools.
