It has nothing to do with difficulty. He means that if they’re too wussy to handle ragging on their name, they should join ballet instead, since only wusses do ballet

The other coach looked pretty “Andy of Mayberry”….you know, talks big (notice he couldn’t look Coach in the face & say that…..Coach could have that white-bread (should I NOT have said that?? YOU tell me!) for breakfast in a one-on-one YEAAAAAHHHH!!) but that other coach is actually pretty dorky……..likely he has a very stereotyped view of things like ballet……..this will likely be like the volleyball matchup between Jefferson & p.s.138 where Nate baked the other guy some humble pie, & made him eat it too!! Haw! HAW!!
