    @Mormon:Excuse my ignorance here. I dont know anything about rocks. Is pumice a lighter type of rock?

    Tinyman – Yes. It’s the foam thrown off by volcanoes, lava with lots of bubbles. Enough that it’ll float in water. And only ignorance that doesn’t ask questions,but prefers to remain ignorance, is inexcusable.

    Considering how much my mother spent on a “decorative” 2 1/2-foot rock for her yard, I shudder to think how much Tia Carmen must have shelled out for that thing!
