I thought that was the lotto, or is that just a tax on the innumerate?

A way to tax stupid people? They already had that: It’s called “The Lottery.”

    1. If it was a tax, it would be going to the government

    2. You are getting more value for the higher price. Believe it or not, 3D works for most people. And many people like it.

    Comic fail.

It’s not just 3D movies that up charge. Try going to IMAX or any of the large screen formats like ETX & RPX. More stupid taxes to see the same movie for more $$$$$$$$$

    (1) The proof copy of “Unamused Birds” is on its way to me as we speak, due to arrive via FedEx tomorrow. Once it’s passed muster the presses can start and the books can ship at long last.

    (2) It’s day 3 and I’m at 32% of goal. Please help get the older “Queen Victoria” books back in print by going to http://kck.st/xOtwSS

So true re bottled water. And thank God for Turner Classic Movies. Hope you get it in the U.K. — it’s priceless, as the saying goes.
